How to Get Started

Thank you for your interest in our Lab Advantage program. How do you get started with the Lab Advantage program?

Tell us about your organization. Please complete our electronic information form so that we can learn how we can best assist you with your laboratory needs. By completing this form, you’ll gain immediate access to accreditation and proficiency test information.
Complete and submit the Joint Commission Pricing Worksheet and the API Quote Request Form. The individualized cost estimate will be sent to you within one business day. If more information is required to complete the estimate, a representative will call you within that time frame.
If you decide that Lab Advantage is a cost and convenience advantage for your laboratory setting and you would like to enroll in the Lab Advantage program, please let us know by e-mailing us at info@labadvantage.org. We will coordinate your scheduling and all the remaining details. In addition, you can enroll in discounted ASCP educational products at any time as a Lab Advantage member.
